MAYNARD, JR; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ROBERT L. MAYNARD, JR; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS NOMINEE FOR BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP; COUNTRY PLACE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 03/01/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
