SUCCESSOR TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK N.A., is the Plaintiff and LUIS SIGUENCIA; NANCY SIGUENCIA; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 03/01/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
