NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated January 11, 2013 and entered in Case No. 10-CA-009537 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and JENNIFER BURGET; MAGDALENE COURT CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 03/01/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT NO. 211, MAGDALENE COURT PHASE I, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 77 AND AMENDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 79 AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4329, PAGE 265 AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION.
