A/K/A GERALD CASH; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GERALD CASH N/K/A KIM CASH; WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; BAKER DISTRIBUTING CO., LLC SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO COASTLINE DISTRIBUTION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A FELIX GOMEZ are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 03/01/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
