BOOK 221, PAGE 371, CLERK'S INSTRUMENT NO. 752198, PINELLAS COUNTY RECORDS ALL IN JOSEPH PUIG'S SUBDIVISION OF THE NORTH 460 FT, OF THE SE 1/4 OF THE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 34, TOWNSHIP 31 SOUTH, RANGE 16 EAST, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 6, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY FLORIDA, OF WHICH PINELLAS COUNTY WAS FORMERLY A PART OF AS CONVEYED ON OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3823, PAGE 868, OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4093, PAGE 432, OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5284, PAGE 709, OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 6458, PAGE 2307, OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 7725, PAGE 464, OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8301, PAGE 1841, AND OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 10116, PAGE 1147, ALL IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA OF WHICH PINELLAS COUNTY WAS FORMERLY A PART OF.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
