NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated December 14, 2012 and entered in Case No. 10-CA-003988 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff and KARLA J. DOWD; LAKE CHASE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A BRIAN DEAN, and TENANT #2 N/K/A PAMELA DEAN are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 03/01/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT NO. 9356, BUILDING 19 OF LAKE CHASE CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 14750, PAGE 34, AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THEREOF, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
