NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 2008-CA-004379 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATE HOLDERS CWALT, INC. ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-OA9 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OA9, Plaintiff, and, LINDA J WILSON, et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at the hour of 10:00 AM on the 25th day of April 2013, the following described property:
LOT 59, BLOCK 1, SIXTH ADDITION TO REDINGTON BEACH HOMES, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 31, PAGES 29 AND 30, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
