NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated January 16, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11008910CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO ABN AMRO MORTGAGE GROUP, INC, is Plaintiff, and BEVERLY BALLAGH, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 05 day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Leasehold Estate created by that certain Condominium Lease recorded in Official Records Book 3760, page 48, as last assigned by Order of Summary Administration recorded in Official Records Book 14375, page 725, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida,pertaining to the following described parcel:
Unit No. 139, of TWIN OAKS APARTMENTS III, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 10, Pages 38 and 39, being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 3758, Page 781 through 815 inclusive, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto and any amendments thereto.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
