NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated January 16, 2013, and entered in Case No. 09004429CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida, wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR WASHINGTON MUTUAL MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES WMALT SERIES 2006-6 TRUST, is Plaintiff, and BETTY A. RITCHIE, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 05 day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
That certain Condominium Parcel composed of Unit No. 2006 Building 20 Phase I, of GLENEAGLES I, A CONDOMINIUM and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with, and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium, as recorded in O.R. 5272, Page 499 through 587, and any amendments thereto, and the plat thereof, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 55, Pages 57 through 78, amended in Condominium Plat Book 57, Pages 35 through 43, Condominium Plat Book 71, Pages 115 through 120, Condominium Plat Book 72, Pages 107 through 113 and Condominium Plat Book 73, Pages 86 through 97, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
