NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated NOVEMBER 16, 2011, and entered in Case No. 11-CA-008059 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR OPTION ONE MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2005-4, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-4, is the Plaintiff and KEVIN S. BREVIK A/K/A KEVIN BREVIK; KRISTY K. BREVIK; CITRUS LANDING HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; CITIFINANCIAL EQUITY SERVICES, INC.; SAND CANYON CORPORATION F/K/A OPTION ONE MORTGAGE CORPORATION; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Tampa, FL 33602, at 10:00 a.m. on FEBRUARY 26, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, BLOCK 1, CITRUS LANDING, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 94, PAGE 94 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
