NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated JANUARY 8, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-CA-016709 DIV A of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein FLAGSTAR BANK, FSB, is the Plaintiff and SHIRLEY L. VICK; DAVID P. VICK, SR.; UNKNOWN TENANT # 1 A/K/A DAN VICK; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Tampa, FL 33602, at 10:00 a.m. on FEBRUARY 26, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 325.00 FEET OF THE SOUTH 250 FEET OF THE EAST 1/2 OF THE SE 1/4 OF THE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 17, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 22 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS THE WEST 25.00 FEET AND LESS THE SOUTH 25.00 FEET THEREOF FOR ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
