NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated SEPTEMBER 13, 2010, and entered in Case No. 29-2009-CA-000361 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC., is the Plaintiff and WERNER MEDRANO; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.; VILLAGES OF BLOOMINGDALE CONDOMINIUM NO. 12 ASSOCIATION, INC.; VILLAGES OF BLOOMINGDALE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Tampa, FL 33602, at 10:00 a.m. on FEBRUARY 25, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 71205, VILLAGES OF BLOOMINGDALE CONDOMINIUM NO. 12, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 16994, PAGE 1566, AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 16994, PAGE 1566 AND ALL OTHER AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 22, PAGES 92 THROUGH 94, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AND COMMON SURPLUS.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
