NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated DECEMBER 10, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-CA-006805 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein RESI WHOLE LOAN IV, LLC, is the Plaintiff and RUFINO COLON, JR.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RUFINO COLON, JR.; ARLEEN MENDEZ A/K/A ARLEEN COLON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ARLEEN MENDEZ A/K/A ARLEEN COLON; ARBOR GREENE OF NEW TAMPA HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Tampa, FL 33602, at 10:00 a.m. on FEBRUARY 25, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 41, BLOCK 25B, ARBOR GREENE, PHASE 7, UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 87, PAGE 84, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
