NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated JANUARY 9, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2012-CA-004343-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC., is the Plaintiff and MICHAEL A. ZAZZARO; HARRIET F. ZAZZARO; LSG COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANTS are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on FEBRUARY 28, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 37, BLOCK C, LAKE ST. GEORGE UNIT III, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 80, PAGES 5 AND 6, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
