NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 23, 2013, entered in Case No. 09-CA-030862 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as Trustee for Carrington Mortgage Loan Trust, Series 2006-NC4 Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates is the Plaintiff and Diana Doran; Tampa Postal District Federal Credit Union a/k/a Tampa Postal Federal Credit Union; Suncoast Schools Federal Credit Union; are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 13th day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 13 OF PEELER'S SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 35, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
