NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 23rd day of October, 2012, and entered in Case No. 52-2009-CA-016727, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR HOLDERS OF THE FIRST FRANKLIN MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-FF7, MORTGAGE PASS- THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-FF7 is the Plaintiff and REBECCA GLANDORF A/K/A REBECCA L GLANDORF; SUNTRUST BANK; JOANNE GLANDORF; STEPHEN GLANDORF A/K/A STEPHEN T GLANDORF; UNKNOWN TENANT(S); WILLIAM GLANDORF; IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 20th day of February, 2013, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 19, BLOCK 10, JUNGLE COUNTRY CLUB, FOURTH ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 38, PAGE 17, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
