NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated January 14, 2013 and entered in Case No. 09-CA-003674 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR WFHET 2006-2 is the Plaintiff and MARIANILDA ROMERO; HUMBERTO ROMERO; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS NOMINEE FOR WELLS FARGO HOME MORTGAGE A DIVISION OF WELLS FARGO BANK NA; TENANT #1 N/K/A CAROLINE VASQUEZ are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at
