Notice is given pursuant to a final judgment dated January 15, 2013 in Case No. 2010-CA-011148 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, in which TOWNHOMES OF SUMMERFIELD HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. is the plaintiff and ERIC COWPER, UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, CREDITORS, and OTHER UNKNOWN PERSONS OR UNKNOWN SPOUSES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH and UNDER ERIC COWPER are the defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the lobby of the Hillsborough County Courthouse in Tampa, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 a.m. on March 5, 2013, the following described property set forth in the order of final judgment:
Lot 1, Block 31, SUMMERFIELD VILLAGE 1, Tract 2, Phase 1 and 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF IN PLAT BOOK 93, PAGE 10, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA. Property address: 12925 Jessup Watch Place, Riverview, Florida 33579.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner, as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
