NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 22, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2011-CA-002948 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage LLC, is the Plaintiff and Rita Gusmao, Grand Venezia COA, Inc., Glenn William Morris, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 8th day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 815, OF GRAND VENIZIA AT BAYWATCH, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AND THE EXHIBITS THERETO, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 147030, PAGE 1368 THROUGH 1486, AND THE AMENDED AND RESTATED DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14243, PAGES 1040, THROUGH 1145, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATON RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
