Trust 2006-HE6, Mortgage Pass-through Certificates, series 2006-HE6, is the Plaintiff and Jeremy Nizzia, The Unknown Spouse of Jeremy Nizzia (Refused Name), US Bank National Association, As Trustee For The C-Bass Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-CB8, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 8th day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
