NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 22, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2009-CA-010630 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Chase Home Financial, LLC, is the Plaintiff and Sahniza Spiodic, Ferid Spiodic, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 8th day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
