Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure or Order dated January 22, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 12-CC-028600 DIV. M, in the COUNTY Court in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein COPPERFIELD TOWNHOMES HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff, and AMY AYALA, et al., are the Defendants, I will sell the property situated in HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, described as:
Lot 3, Block 12, of COPPERFIELD TOWNHOMES, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 61, page 2, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in Parcel 'A'.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 15th day of March, 2013. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
