NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment Scheduling Foreclosure Sale entered on January 9, 2013, in this case now pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
The Clerk shall sell the property at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, except as set forth hereinafter, on FEBRUARY 26, 2013, at 10:00 am at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes. The following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:

Book 4661, Page 255, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, and recorded in Condominium Plat Book 27, Page 44, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
