NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 4th day of January, 2013, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-022652, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein AURORA LOAN SERVICES LLC is the Plaintiff and ALYCIA SAVAGE ALVAREZ A/K/A ALYCIA S. ALVAREZ A/K/A ALYCIA ALVAREZ; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; ANGEL ANTONIO ALVAREZ, III A/K/A ANGEL ANTONIO ALVAREZ A/K/A ANGEL ALVAREZ and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 21st day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

A 10.00 foot non-exclusive easement for ingress and egress lying 5.0 feet on both sides of the following described center line: Commencing at the NE corner of Government Lot 5 in Section 19, Township 30 South, Range 20 East, Hillsborough County, Florida, and run West along the North boundary of said Government Lot 5, a distance of 363.60 feet, thence S 60º08'00” W, 298.2 feet, thence S 29º52'00” E, 42.10 feet to a point on the Southerly right-of-way line of Gibsonton Drive, thence S 60º08'00” W, 83.15 feet to the Point of Beginning, thence S 29º52'00” E, a distance of 46.62 feet to a point of curvature, thence along the arc of a curve concave to the Northwest having a radius of 30.00 feet, a delta of 97º53'58” and subtended by a chord bearing and distance of S 19º04'29” W, 45.25 feet, a distance of 51.28 feet to a point of reverse curvature, concave to the Southeast, having a radius of 40.00 feet, a delta of 97º53'58” and subtended by a chord bearing and distance of S 19º04'59” W, 60.33 feet, a distance of 68.35 feet to a point of tangent, thence S 29º52'00” E, a distance of 303.74 feet to the Point of Terminus.
