Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on January 15, 2013, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL CONSISTING OF UNIT 404, BUILDING IV, AS SHOWN ON CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF LAKE FOREST, A CONDOMINIUM, PHASE 1, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 84, PAGES 56 THROUGH 62, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED MAY 28, 1985, IN O.R. BOOK 6000, PAGES 1082 THROUGH 1163, AS AMENDED IN O.R. BOOK 6004, PAGE 1930; O.R. BOOK 6007, PAGE 2229; O.R. BOOK 6018, PAGE 370, O.R. BOOK 6022, PAGE 539 AND O.R. BOOK 6036, PAGE 1442; OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH THE EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AND MADE A PART THEREOF; AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
and commonly known as: 6490 92ND PL,, PINELLAS PARK, FL 33782; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on March 1, 2013 at 10:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
