NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause on January 24, 2013 by the County Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, the property described as:
THAT CERTAIN PARCEL CONSISTING OF UNIT 153, BUILDING 20, AS SHOWN ON THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF “WESTCHESTER MANOR, A CONDOMINIUM” ACCORDING TO CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 3, PLAT 68 PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLOIRDA ON ABEING FUTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED MARCH24, 1980 IN O.R. BOOK 3639, PAGE 1674 PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY FLORIDA TOGETHER WITH EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AND MADE A PART THEREOF; AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
