NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 13, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2010-CA-009159 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee of the IndyMac INDX Mortgage Loan Trust 2005-AR10, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-AR10 under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement dated May 1, 2005, is the Plaintiff and Robyn C. McGuirk, , are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 13th day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
