NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 3rd day of January, 2013, and entered in Case No. 08-CA-002156, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein TAYLOR, BEAN & WHITACKER MORTGAGE CORP. is the Plaintiff and LINDA B. BLACKBURN A/K/A LINDA L'HEUREUX SUTTER; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR IRWIN UNION BANK AND TRUST COMPANY and UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 21st day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

For a Point of Reference commence at the NE corner of the SE ¼ of the SE ¼ of Section 15, Township 28 South, Range 21 East, Hillsborough County, Florida, thence proceed South (an assumed bearing) along the East Boundary of the SE ¼ of the SE ¼ of said Section 15, a distance of 664.41 feet to the SE corner of the North ½ of the SE ¼ of said Section 15, thence N. 89 deg 36'45”W. along the South boundary of the North ½ of the SE ¼ of the Se ¼ of said Section 15, a distance of 625.00 feet to the Point of Beginning, thence continue N. 89 deg. 36'45”W. along aforesaid South boundary, a distance of 285.00 feet, thence North a distance of 332.36 feet to the North boundary of the South ½ of the North ½ of the SE ¼ of the SE ¼ of said Section 15, thence S. 89 deg 36'10” E. along said North boundary, a distance of 285.00 feet, thence South a distance of 332.31 feet to the Point of Beginning, with the North 25.00 feet thereof being subject to an easement for ingree and egress, together with an easement for ingress and egress over and across the following described parcel:
