NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 3rd day of January, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2009-CA-005914, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is the Plaintiff and KIRSIS COTE; TIMOTHY COTE; JJC PROPERTY SERVICES, LLC, AS TRUSTEE UNDER TRUST NO. 10105 DATED JUNE 21, 2008.; UNKNOWN TENANT(S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www .hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 21st day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
