NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 3rd day of January, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29 2009 CA 020575, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE FIRST FRANKLIN MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-FF12 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-FF12 is the Plaintiff and YVETTE M. SHANKLIN A/K/A YEVETTE M. SHANKLIN A/K/A Y M SHANKLIN; BLOOMINGDALE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR NATIONPOINT A DIVISION OF NAT. CITY BANK OF IN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF YVETTE M. SHANKLIN A/K/A YEVETTE M. SHANKLIN A/K/A Y M SHANKLIN; UNKNOWN TENANT(S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
