Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on January 16, 2013, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
LOT 4, BLOCK D, PINE BROOK SUB DIVISION UNIT NO. 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 23, PAGE 71, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 1004 PINEBROOK DRIVE, CLEARWATER, FL 33756; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on March 5, 2013 at 10:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
