NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated November 26, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2008-CA-008797 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, National Association fka The Bank of New York Trust Company, N.A. as successor to JPMorgan Chase Bank N.A. as Trustee, Mortgage Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-RP2, Plaintiff and Flossie Nancy Wilson And Harold Edward Wilson, Sr., Her Husband And Harold E. Wilson, Jr. are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, KEN BURKE, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on February 21, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
