NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 8, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2012-CA-000577 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein HSBC Bank USA, National Association, as Trustee for Opteum Mortgage Acceptance Corporation, Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-5, Plaintiff and Thomas Womack and Elizabeth R.Womack a/k/a Elizabeth Womack, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, KEN BURKE, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on February 22, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 17, BONNIE PINES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 79, PAGE 100, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
