That certain Condominium Parcel described as Unit 7, Clearwater Medical Arts, a Condominium, and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of Clearwater Medical Arts, a Condominium, as recorded in Official Records Book 5716, Page 1116, and any amendments thereto, and the Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 74, Pages 100-104, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

A. All accounts including all contract rights and health-care-insurance receivables;
B. All inventory, including all returned inventory;
C. All equipment including all accessions thereto, and all manufacturer's warranties, parts and tools therefor;
D. All general intangibles including all payment intangibles, copyrights, trademarks, patents, tradenames, tax refunds, company records (paper and electronic), rights under equipment leases, warranties and software licenses;
E. All supporting obligations; and
F. To the extent not listed above as original collateral, all proceeds (cash and non-cash) and products of the foregoing.
