LOT 6, OAK VIEW MANOR, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 65, PAGE 77 AND 78 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
and commonly known as: 5703 55TH TERR N, SAINT PATERSBURG, FL 33709; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on March 6, 2013 at 10:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
