NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed January 9, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52 2011 CA 000695 CICI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR MERRILL LYNCH MORTGAGE BACKED SECURITIES TRUST, SERIES 2007-3 is Plaintiff and AVNI DAUTI; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF AVNI DAUTI; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR MARKET STREET MORTGAGE CORPORATION; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M., on the 26th day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK 6, SHOREVIEW PHASE II, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 88, PAGES 52 AND 53 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
