NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 23rd, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2012-CA-003910 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, is the Plaintiff and Stephen Owens a/k/a Stephen Michael Owens, Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court, State of Florida, Department of Revenue, State of Florida, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 12th day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
