NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 10th day of January, 2013, and entered in Case No. 48-2009-CA-017455-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FORMERLY KNOWN AS THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II INC. BEAR STEARNS ALT-A TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2005-10 is the Plaintiff and PEGGY SUE SWOPE, JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR AMNET MORTGAGE, INC. DBA AMERICAN MORTGAGE NETWORK OF FLORIDA, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR BSM FINANCIAL, L.P. D/B/A BANKSOURCE MORTGAGE, DEBRA L. ARENT, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DEBRA L. ARENT, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PEGGY SUE SWOPE and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 28th day of February, 2013 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 1 AND 2, LESS ROAD RIGHT OF WAY OF LOT 1, BLOCK B, CLOVER HEIGHTS REPLAT, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK P, PAGE 81, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
