NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 22, 2013, entered in Case No. 2012-CA-014822-O DIV. 32A of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein CitiMortgage, Inc. is the Plaintiff and George A. Gurchak; Carolyn J. Gurchak; Regions Bank d/b/a AmSouth Bank; Lakeview Reserve Homeowners' Association, Inc.; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 23rd day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 146, LAKEVIEW RESERVE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 46, PAGES 149 THROUGH 151, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
