NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated January 22, 2013 and entered in Case NO. 48-2010-CA-014620-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF BANC OF AMERICA ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-6 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-6, is the Plaintiff and JENENE ZERRIP A/K/A JENENE M. ZERRIP; JOHN ZERRIP; BANK OF AMERICA, NA; TENANT #1 LOURDES RODRIGUEZ; TENANT #2 are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 02/26/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
