NOTICE is hereby given that Lydia Gardner, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Orange County, Florida, will on the 5th day of March, 2013, at 10:00 o'clock A.M., EST, at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, F.S., offer for sale and sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Orange County, Florida, to wit:
Lot 63, GLYNWOOD, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 51, Pages 32, 33, 34 and 35, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida
pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style and case number of which is set forth above.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
