NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure filed December 4, 2008 entered in Civil Case No. 2008-CA-011332-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Orlando, Florida, wherein SunTrust Mortgage, Inc. is the Plaintiff and MAHINDRA HIRALAL, are the Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 26th day of February, 2013 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 19, Block 1, Pine Hill Estates, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book S, Page 88, Public Records of Orange County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
