ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006- 25, is the Plaintiff and OVIDIO OROL, JR.; KAREN V. OROL; VILLAGES OF RIO PINAR COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; VILLAGES OF RIO PINAR CLUB ASSOCIATION, LLC; CAPITAL ONE BANK (USA), NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 02/28/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
