NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated January 24, 2013 and entered in Case No. 48-2008-CA-005711-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida wherein US BANK, N.A is the Plaintiff and MAI E. DORSEY; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MAI EAST DORSEY; ALVIN DORSEY; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; WINTERMERE POINTE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1, and TENANT #2 are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 03/07/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 13, WINTERMERE POINTE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 40, PAGES 88 THROUGH 93, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
