Notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 15, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 2012-CA-000878 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, National Association, Plaintiff and Daniel P. Corbisiero a/k/a Dan Corbisiero are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, BARBARA T. SCOTT, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash AT WWW.CHARLOTTE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUES at 11:00AM on May 10, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 20, BLOCK 3266, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 51, IN 1ST REPLAT, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGES 29A THROUGH 29C, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
