NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated January 30, 2013 and entered in Case NO. 08-2010-CA-002091 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for CHARLOTTE County, Florida wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, is the Plaintiff and JULIAN MORALES; SECTION 20 PROPERTY OWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC.; JANE DOE N/K/A JOANNA SHOCKLEY are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.CHARLOTTE.REALFORECLOSE.COM in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statues at 11:00AM, on the 6th day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
