NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 28, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12000214CA, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for CHARLOTTE County, Florida. SUNTRUST MORTGAGE INC. is Plaintiff and TAMARA L. DONOFRIO; UNKNOWN TENANT(S); THE OAKS IV CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. . I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.CHARLOTTE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on the 1st day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT Q-201 OF THE OAKS IV, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM EXECUTED JUNE 5, 1985 AND RECORDED JUNE 21, 1985 IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 821, PAGES 2073 THRU 2177, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA AS AMENDED, TOGETHER WITH ALL APPURTENANCES THERETO, INCLUDING AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OF SAID CONDOMINIUM AS SET FORTH IN THE DECLARATION.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
