Notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 15, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 2012-CA-000731 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon f/k/a The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the Certificateholders of CWABS, Inc., asset-backed certificates, Series 2003-3, Plaintiff and Mickey L. Kindle a/k/a Mickey Kindle and Sandra J. Kindle, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, BARBARA T. SCOTT, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash AT WWW.CHARLOTTE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUES at 11:00AM on May 9, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK 421, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 18, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5 PAGES 8A THRU 8E, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
