NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 16, 2013, and entered in Case No. 09005386CA, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for CHARLOTTE County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE OF THE INDYMAC INDA MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2007-AR7, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-AR73 UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED SEPTEMBER 1, 2007 is Plaintiff and RANDY GUNDERSON; SHEILA DARLENE GUNDERSON; and the UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are Defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT:WWW.CHARLOTTE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on the 16th day of May, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 2 AND 3, BLOCK 4, NORTH CLEVELAND, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 22, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND THE SOUTHWESTERLY 20 FEET OF SECOND AVENUE, AND A PORTION OF FRONT STREET, AS VACATED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 637, PAGE 1647, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
