Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on January 29, 2013, in the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Collier County, Florida, described as:
lot 110, block d, arrowhead reserve at lake trafford - PHASE TWO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 43, PAGES 98 THROUGH 103, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 1304 LINCOLN COURT, IMMOKALEE, FL 34142; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 on February 25, 2013 at 11:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
